Bloomberg News reported that Global Infranscher Partners (GIP), owned by Black Rock, is in advanced conversations to acquire the McCueri -backed Data Data Centre in a deal that estimates the value of the infrastructure technology company at about 40 billion dollars.
Bloomberg quoted sources that the two companies have not yet ended the deal, but an agreement may be announced within days.
The Bloomberg Agency’s report also indicated that the UAE company, the UAE investment in artificial intelligence, which is based in Abu Dhabi, which was established by the sovereign wealth fund and the G42 group as two founding partners, also participates in the talks and will invest independently within the deal.
The tremendous demand for artificial intelligence, whether in the corporate sector or for personal use, has pushed a group of companies to invest in artificial intelligence data centers.
McKenzi estimates that these investments reach $ 6.7 trillion by 2030 to meet the demand for computer energy.
Aland, based in Texas, which specializes in artificial intelligence infrastructure, raised more than $ 12 billion in January in a financing round.
