Google invests $ 6.8 billion in Britain over two years

Google has announced that it will invest 5 billion pounds (6.8 billion dollars) in the United Kingdom during the next two years in order to help in fulfilling the increasing demand for artificial intelligence services, while it is a strong boost for the government.

The British News Agency reported that Google said that this advertisement, which comes at a time when Google opens its new data center in the Cross in Hertfordshire, is expected to contribute to providing thousands of job opportunities.

Treasury Minister Rachel Revies said that this great investment in research, development and head spending is financial and engineering is a “confidence” in the British economy.

This announcement comes in the wake of reports that Oben AI, which owns the Chat BT and Invidia, will reveal investments worth billions of dollars in British databases this week, during the visit of US President Donald Trump to the country.

Google said this investment will help Britain to develop the economy of artificial intelligence, contribute to achieving technological achievements, improving cybersecurity, and providing job opportunities.

Google expects the investment to add 8250 jobs annually in Britain.
