“Aris Management” intends to buy 20% of “Eni Planetod”

The American company, Aris Manstant, specialized in the management of alternative investments, said on Monday that its arm, Ares Eltertevit Credit, has signed a final agreement to purchase a 20% stake in the Italian company Eni Platewood.
The value of the acquisition of the class in Eni Blantood, which specializes in the energy transformation and owned by Eni, is about two billion euros ($ 2.3 billion). This deal estimates the institutional value of Blaneteud at more than 12 billion euros.
The deal is scheduled to be completed as soon as the necessary organizational approvals are obtained.
The CEO of Planettud Stefano Jubarti said the deal “more enhances the power of our strategic approach, which mixes economic and environmental sustainability through an integrated business model that focuses on the future of the energy sector.”
