“Tek Talk” launches a feature that helps the user to get out of the application and sleep
The famous social networking application company Tech Talk has announced the addition of a new feature to the application that provides a set of training and relaxation exercises. The company started testing meditation training with a number of adolescents earlier this year, before the feature allows all application users now.
This feature aims to help users improve their sleep quality and encourage them to close the application while browsing it late at night and eternity to sleep.
For users under 18 years of age, this feature will work by default.
If the teenager uses the application after ten o’clock in the evening, new videos will be stopped, with a meditation training display that encourages him to relax. The meditation feature displays a comfortable nerve screen with light music and regular breathing exercises.
If the teenager chooses to ignore the message and continue to use the application, another message will appear to him to fill the screen that alerts him to the need to sleep.
During the past few years, the Tech Tuk app added many features and tools aimed at maintaining the health and safety of teenage users, in response to the increasing concerns of the negative effects that adolescents can be exposed to, due to excessive use of Tek Tok.
The new meditation feature is the latest attempt by the application company to appease parliamentary members who constantly criticize the application.
At the same time, adults wishing to take advantage of the new feature can activate it through the screen settings page on the application. Through the page, the “sleep hours” feature is chosen. The user can also choose the watch in which the message of meditation and relaxation appears every night.
Tech Talk also announced its intention to donate $ 2.3 million in the form of advertisements funded for 31 mental and mental health organizations in 19 countries worldwide through its mental health awareness fund.
