Saudi Arabia and Kuwait announce a new petroleum discovery in the divided area

Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have announced a new oil discovery of the (North Wafra Wara -Burqan) field, which is located (5 km) north of the Wafra field.

Petroleum flow from the (wig) in the well north of Al -Wafra (Wara Burqan – 1) at a rate of amounts exceeding (500) barrels per day and with a quality density (26-27 API).

This discovery is the first since the resumption of production operations in the divided region and the submerged area adjacent to the divided region in the middle of the year (2020 AD), as it is of high importance, given the positive impact it carries that reflects on the position of the two countries and their timing in supplying the world with energy and their ability in the exploration and production sector.
